Pastor Trent is the founding pastor of Calvary Chapel Saving Grace and has been the Sr. Pastor for almost 20 years. He has been married to his wife Debbie for over 16 years and they have four kids – Isaac, Joel, Brooke and Nathanial.

Pastor Richard has been an Assistant Pastor at Calvary Chapel Saving Grace for over 10 years. He has been married to his wife Pam for about 25 years. They have four kids – Josh, Jeremiah, Faith and Jacob and one grand-baby – Lila.

Mike & Erin Thiemann
Missions Pastor
Pastor Mike is the Missions Pastor and the Director of Saving Grace World Missions. He has been married to his wife Erin for six years. They have two kids – Malachi & Kyla. Both Mike and Erin have served overseas as full-time missionaries. Erin in Mexico and Mike in Uganda.

Margie has been married to her husband Augie for twenty four years and together they have six wonderful children and five beautiful grand children. Her family has attended Calvary Chapel Saving Grace for the past twelve years.

Jack has been married to Deanna for 21 years. Together they have 6 children and depending on how you count, 17 grandchildren. Jack and Deanna have been attending CCSG for 15 years.

Augie Alvarez
Augie has been married to Margie for twenty four years. They have six wonderful children and five beautiful grandchildren. He has attended Calvary Chapel Saving Grace with his family for the past twelve years and enjoys serving at CCSG. He served as a peace officer for thirty-one years and really enjoyed the opportunity he had in ministering to the public. He accepted Jesus Christ twenty nine years ago. They have been the happiest years of his life being under the Lordship of his Savior and King Jesus Christ. He looks forward to spending eternity with Him.

Byron Panopio
Byron has been married to Kristyn since 2008. He and his wife have one son and are enjoying their new adventure of parenthood. He has been attending CCSG since 2005. He surrendered his life to Jesus on the Monday after Christmas in 2004 at a Worship Generation service at CC Costa Mesa. He is also involved in the Worship Ministry.

Dave has been married to his lovely wife Julie for 29 years. They have two wonderful sons. They have attended Calvary Chapel Saving Grace for nearly three years and enjoy every minute of it. He accepted the Lord at church in 1975 in the High School youth group. Along with being a Deacon he is involved in Children’s Ministry and Men’s Ministry.

David has been married over a year to his wife Kristin. David has been serving as a deacon at CCSG since 2006. He has enjoyed being involved in many different ministries at various times.

Xavier has been married to his precious wife Joan for 33 years. He rededicated his life to the Lord in 1977. They have 5 children, 9 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. He is retired and stays busy visiting their children. He has been attending Saving Grace for the past 11 years. He also enjoys being part of the Men’s Ministry.

High School Director
Chad has been married for 7 years to Janiene. They have three wonderful children. He has been attending Saving Grace for 15 years. Chad has had the privilege of going through both the Calvary Chapel School of Discipleship and the School of Ministry. He has served in many different ministries, including: Men’s Ministry, Deacon, College and Career Director.
Christian Raabe
Worship Ministry Leader
Christian married his confidant Michelle in 1998. They have a beautiful daughter and a vivacious son. Christ saved him while serving our country in the US Navy in 1994; this was just two years after graduating from high school, and the Lord opened his eyes to the beauty of the gospel and to the riches of His incomprehensible grace. He has been attending Saving Grace since 2001. He has seen the Lord’s continued faithfulness displayed to him, his family and church. To God be the glory!

David and Kristin were married November 6th, 2010. David committed his life to the Lord when he was in junior high. Kristin began walking with Jesus at a very young age. David & Kristin are currently assistant children’s ministry directors and teachers with a vision to raise up the children at Saving Grace to love and follow Jesus and have a solid foundation on God’s Word.

Joel was married to Amy on September 10,2011. He got saved at the age of four, but really solidified his relationships with Christ in Jr. High. He has been attending Calvary Chapel Saving Grace since 2008. He loves serving with his wife and his amazing friends Ray and Jess Berlanga. His passion and love is teaching and being an example to the Jr. Highers, while having a blast. He is also a Worship Leader.
